I can personally speak to the profound revelations and healing that have occurred for me at these workshops — greater acceptance of my wounds with my mother and my father, my ex-husband, and past lovers; embodied awareness of my triggers; and greater awareness of my strategies and behaviors that sabotage me in my quest for true connection.

The workshops were created by COR, a company that also offers leadership trainings and online programs, and are now produced by local satellites across the country.
